The main conference venue is Davidson Auditorium in the School of Management at the University of Texas at Dallas (UTD). UTD is located in the city of Richardson in North Dallas Metroplex area. Conference hotels are located close to the university and both hotels, Hyatt Regency and Doubletree will provide shuttle service to the main conference venue.

School of Management is centrally located on the campus of UTD. University parkway from Campbell Road leads straight to the school of management. Identified as SOM on the campus map, school of management has its own parking spaces. Conference attendees will receive parking stickers as part of conference package in the month of May, 2011.
